Returns
You are entitled to cancel your contract if you wish by writing to us or emailing info@instructacard.co.uk within 7 working days of receiving the products.
You must return the products to us in their original condition and packaging. The order number should be clearly marked on the package.
You will receive a full refund on the price paid for the products excluding delivery charges as long as the products are returned within 21 days of cancellation.
Refunds
Please check your delivered products immediately upon receipt and let us know within 10 days of delivery if they are damaged by emailing info@instructacard.co.uk.
If you fail to notify us within 10 days of receiving the products you will be deemed to have accepted them.
You will receive a full refund on the price paid for the products including delivery charges and return postal costs as long as the products are returned within 21 days of the refund request being made.
